JAG: Defenseless

Airdate: December 9, 1997.
Ensign Elizabeth Lane shoots a Turkish diplomat, claiming self-defence. Her intuition told her that he was going to hurt her. Harm is at first sceptical of feminine intuition. But as he amasses evidence to support his client's defence, he comes to realize that there is more to this than what he is told. Added to that, he is under intense pressure from the Admiral to settle the case without making waves. As always, Harm's unswerving pursuit of the truth lands him in hot water. This time, he wins a case he is not supposed to, and almost derails a top-secret CIA operation in the process.
