Admiral Chegwidden's former mentor, Admiral Clancy, dies on a hunting trip. The official report concludes that he committed suicide. Chegwidden does not believe this and orders Harm and Mac to investigate.
Meanwhile, Harm's relationship with Annie is proceeding cautiously.
