JAG: Webb of Lies

What appears to be Clayton Webb's badly burnt body is discovered aboard an abandoned ship. In the process of trying to find Webb's murderer, Harm and Mac uncover a plot by Harm's avowed enemy, Clark Palmer, to steal a top-secret super conductor.
