JAG: Contemptuous Words

A letter critical of the President, the Commander-in-Chief, printed on the Op-Ed page of a Washington newspaper, is traced to Harm's computer. Faced with a court-martial, Harm is offered help by an ultra-conservative group with its own secret agenda. As the investigator from the Inspector-General's office closes in on him, Harm's imminent promotion to full commander, and his naval career, appear to be things of the past.
