JAG: Rogue

Airdate: November 9, 1999.
Harm's old friend Jack Raglan, a former Special Forces operative, is hired to test security on military bases by simulated terrorist attacks. Bud is assigned as legal observer. The simulated attacks become all too real when Raglan hijacks a nuclear submarine and threatens to attack an American target - New York City. Harm is sent to stop him.
