JAG: Flight Risk

Airdate: October 24, 2000.
A newly-upgraded F-14 Tomcat crashes on its delivery flight, killing pilot and RIO. Harm's investigation finds both the manufacturer and the Navy liaison guilty. But Congresswoman Latham, seeing in this case an opportunity to further her election campaign, offers the Navy liaison immunity in exchange for testifying at a Congressional hearing which in turn is abruptly terminated by taped evidence. Harm salvages the case and in a turnabout, opts to defend the Navy liaison in a bid to bring the manufacturer to account.
