This episode was written by Patrick Labyorteaux (Bud). Mac and her former law professor oppose each other in the first televised military trial. The savvy Juanita Ressler uses the media to her client's advantage, and Mac has to do some scrambling to turn the tables.
Harm is sent to the USS Seahawk to investigate the senseless suicide of a young sailor who had apparently jumped out in front of a Tomcat as it came in for a landing. It takes some nifty detective work on Harm's part to uncover the tragic truth.
