Admiral Boone is ordered to report for his court-martial. Mac is prosecuting and believes that Boone is guilty. Harm is defence counsel and has been cautioned by the SecNav to put the interests of the Navy ahead of those of his client, or else. Again, Harm is helped by Bobbi Latham, who puts pressure on Clayton Webb to come through with the key witness for the defence.
Meanwhile, Harriet confides in Harm when Bud becomes ever more withdrawn in his grief.
