All Ye Faithful
Episode # 169/8-11
Air date: Dec. 17, 2002
A lighthearted Christmas chow with many twists and surprises. paramount.com
A miracle is needed as events on Christmas Eve conspire to prevent the JAG team from spending Christmas Day together at Bud and Harriet's. Just as Bud and Harriet start to prepare for their festive dinner, Bud finds his family is broke because of a payroll problem. While trying to rectify the situation, Harriet becomes ill and the diagnosis is surprising. Harm and Admiral Boone seem doomed to spend Christmas aboard a carrier until the opportunity to ferry a fighter back to New Jersey presents itself. Unfortunately, they're forced to detour when they're called upon to locate and escort a C-130 that is having navigation problems. Meanwhile, back at JAG Headquarters, the Admiral and Mac have their hands full with a displaced Marine couple about to have a baby and three lost Saudi diplomats. cbs.com

Harm requests that the CAG agree to the change in flight crew, with the Admiral being Harm's Rio. With the extra 1,000 lbs of electronics on board, the CAG would rather have someone who was more familiar with its 'excentricities'. Admiral Boone makes his case, noting the number of flight hours they have put together, but Harm has to defend his last flying mishap - it turns out the CAG was waiting for the plane that Harm had crashed.
