Bud's life is in danger after he accidentally trips a land mine in Afghanistan. Though the terrorist attack is foiled, Harm and Mac are helpless as their friend struggles to survive.     paramount.com

Harm, Mac and Sturgis unite aboard an aircraft carrier following their successful thwarting of a terrorist plot, only to receive word of Bud's accident. While they rush to the shipboard hospital, back at home, the Admiral breaks the news to Bud's wife, Harriet. Meanwhile, the Secretary of the Navy is accused of mishandling the terrorist threat by letting JAG officers lead the investigation and faces serious disciplinary action.    cbs.com

 

Harm doesn't know that Bud has been injured by a land mine in Afghanistan. Currently on the USS Seahawk on an investigation with Mac, he reports to her stateroom to bring her flight jacket for their return to JAG.


Harm helps Mac figure out which book to bring since her suitcase is packed too tight. He rips them both in half.

 

Sturgis meets up with Harm ond Mac from the Watertown. Sturgis tells Harm he is Superman, while Harm and Mac accuse Sturgis of thinking he's Alec Baldwin.

 

Harm, Mac and Sturgis report to the Captain of the Seahawk, who informs them that Bud has been injured. Request to travel to the Guadalcanal is denied.

 

Harm contacts Admiral Chegwidden. One can stay to replace Bud, but the others have to return back to JAG. Harm and Mac fight it out. . . they both stay.

 

Harm and Mac arrive at the Guadalcanal, where Bud's leg is being amputated. They wait it out with Coates in Sickbay.

 

Harm and Mac share a lighthearted moment. . .

 

Harm comforts Mac.

 

Harm asks the doctor not to give up on Bud when they learn he's in critical condition and may not survive. They are permitted to see Bud.

 

Bud's back in surgery - Harm, Mac and Coates wait for word on his condition. . .

 

Bud is going to survive and Harm breaks down with relief . . .
