Harm defends a Marine accused of killing his wife who claims self-defense but refuses to let his son, who was a witness, testify at his trial. Meanwhile, JAG enthusiastically bids goodbye to Lt. Singer, who is being sent to the Seahawk to replace Bud.    cbs.com

 

Harm is in Quantico, interviewing Gunnery Sergeant Akers, who claims he killed his wife in self defense.

 


Back at JAG, Harm interrupts Sergei's conversation with Lieutenant Singer.

 

Mac, who is prosecuting, banters back and forth with Harm about the case. She is going for premeditation.

 

Harm speaks to his client's son about the incident.

 

Harm and Mac can't agree on a settlement, so the case is going to trial.

 

Back at Quantico, Harm asks the defendant for names of witnesses to the abuse he alleges was the reason he shot his wife.

 

Talking over drinks and conversation about Sergei's application for citizenship, he tells Harm that he is going back to Russia.
